On March 27, 2016, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed in Beijing by General Manager Huang Song of China Translation Corporation (hereafter referred to as CTC) and President Zhong Weihe of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (hereafter referred to as GUFS), for the purpose of deepening strategic cooperation in Cross-language Big Database Think-Tank, machine translation, speech recognition, computer assisted translation etc., and setting an example in industry-university-research cooperation.
