Another writer Dr. Meng Yongye, given the fact that the global language service market is a highly decentralized monopolistic market with unbalanced resource distribution, provides a strategic analysis on the language service required by enterprises in different regions for globalization. He also puts forth four ways as “going global by boarding a ship”, “going global by borrowing a ship”, “going global by buying a ship” and “going global in advance” for Chinese enterprise globalization.
